Leave Request Management, New ID Card Request, Incident Request, Registration Approval, Change Location management
This is where all the requests will land when a parent place requests from Parent app. The admin can take necessary actions on each items here
Leave Request :-
Approve the leave requests
New ID Card Request :-
Display New ID Card Requests raised by parents.
When click on ‘No’ it will show the following screen with all details.
Enter ‘School Remark for Parent’ and click on ‘Reject’ b utton to reject new id
Enter ‘School Remark for Parent’ , ‘RFID’ a nd click on ‘Approve’ b utton to
approve new id card request.
After click on ‘Approve’ button , request will be approved and ‘School Remark for Parent’ will display to parent portal in Services ---> New ID Card ---> Show History with Status ‘Approve’.
History :- All approved and rejected requests are displayed date wise in New ID Card Report History.
When click on ‘Print’ it will print new ID Card as shown below.
Incidents Request :-
Here you can see list of complaints raised by parents against driver.
When click on ‘Incident No’ it will show the following screen with all details.
Add ‘School Remark for Parent’ and ‘School Remark for Driver’.
Click on ‘Submit’ button.
After click on ‘Submit’ button , complaint will resolved and ‘School Remark for
Parent’ will display to parent portal in Services ---> Reported Incident ---> Show
History with Status ‘Resolved’.
And ‘School Remark for Driver’ will display in History.
History :- Here you can see all resolved complaints.
The customer can collect student registration through a weblink generated from school master or from Parent mobile application. Once the parent apply for the transportation, the request will land in this page. The user can verify and approve the request by assigning students to a trip and RFID.
Right click on the students to process the requests;
Change Location Request
Manage and Approve of student location change request.
